Excellent benefits + 4 weeks PTO We're looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering team in a player-coach role . This person will lead projects independently, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance to the team. What You'll Do Lead engineering projects from start to finish with limited oversight Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships Assign work and coach designers while remaining hands-on Work collaboratively with the team and support project delivery Handle Revit, construction details, drawings, and technical documentation Provide technical leadership and stamp work as required Must-Haves Active PE license - required Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background ( no Civil ) 5+ years of Revit experience 5-15 years of relevant engineering/project experience Strong client-facing and communication skills Comfortable independently managing projects and leading a team Able to hit the ground running with minimal oversight
