Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring compliance with construction regulations. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams. Manage project budgets through Construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or similar software, tracking costs and implementing cost control measures. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, construction regulations, and quality specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Supervise project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes and environmental regulations while maintaining schedule integrity. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and update project stakeholders on status. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and cost management. Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or equivalent software. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and managing construction budgets effectively. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. Excellent leadership skills in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment. Familiarity with contracts management and construction regulatory standards across different jurisdictions. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Construction site experience in civil or heavy infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
