The team fabricates and installs panelized wall, floor, and roof assemblies that help reduce weather-related delays, simplify trade coordination, and shorten overall construction schedules. The company focuses on solutions that support more efficient building processes and consistent outcomes. Craft Contracting & Consulting offers flexible delivery options, ranging from fabricated components delivered to site and dried-in building packages to high-performance thermal envelope systems and full turnkey construction services from preconstruction through installation. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid remote/onsite Project Manager role based in and around Tacoma WA. The Project Manager oversees offsite construction and installation projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Responsibilities include coordinating fabrication and site activities, managing timelines, tracking materials and deliveries, and resolving issues that may affect schedule or performance. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, leading progress meetings, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The Project Manager also supports process improvements, compliance with safety and quality standards, and strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multi-phase construction projects. Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage material orders, track deliveries, and reduce schedule risk. Inspection skills to review fabricated components and on-site installations for quality, compliance, and safety. Logistics Management capabilities to oversee transportation, sequencing of deliveries, and site receiving activities. Experience in construction or offsite manufacturing environments, particularly with panelized building systems, is beneficial. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency with project management software and basic tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Relevant education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
