About the Role The Project Manager is the person who keeps the moving pieces moving. You'll support C3's top clients and technology projects, taking ownership from post-sale through implementation while balancing proactive project management with the unexpected challenges that come with complex technology projects. No two clients, vendors, or projects operate the same way, so flexibility, curiosity, and quick thinking are a must. You'll bring the right people together, solve problems, keep communication flowing, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a remote position reporting to the Vice President of Operations, with approximately 10% travel.
Responsibilities :
Ensure timely completion of project milestones. Submit client orders to vendors and update order status in HubSpot. Verify new and existing orders with clients. Review and adjust project requirements and modifications as needed. Foster effective communication within a large team, acting as a liaison. Manage multiple projects and issues concurrently. Communicate current and future project statuses. Ensure continuous alignment of the project with client expectations and goals. Initiate troubleshooting tickets on behalf of clients. Maintain all post-sales communication with clients. Create and maintain the client's Dashboard.
Qualifications :
High School graduate or equivalent is required. 4 year degree with a Project Management focus is preferred. Technology certifications are preferred. Overall in depth knowledge of technology - designs, challenges, risks. Including UCaaS, CCaaS, Iaa
S, & SD-WAN/SASE.
Previous IT experience: 3-5 years is preferred.
Required Skills :
Strong communication skills. Flexibility to work late hours some days to ensure the client's needs are being met. Project planning to ensure execution of each phase of the project. Including scheduling assigning project tasks, issuing troubleshooting tickets. Knowledge and desire to continue learning the technology industry. Detail oriented. 2+ years of HubSpot experience. Provide support to our team and the clients team. Strong problem identification and solving skills. Ability to adapt to the rapid change of sales engineer to project management styles. Ability to use data to provide detail-oriented information. Ability to travel 10% U.S. Citizen or legal to work in the U.S.
