Onsite Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Fremont, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Semiconductor industry and proven experience managing software development projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery following Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with .NET development teams and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Maintain documentation related to project planning, reporting, and delivery.
To be able to work & collboarate with development teams in an onsite offshore model
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of overall experience in IT/Software development environments.
4-5 years of experience in Project Management.
Prior experience working in the Semiconductor domain is required.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience managing projects involving .NET technologies and QA teams.
Strong technical experience in .NET technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
Experience working with teams in
India & US Preferred Skills:
Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams.
Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
Ability to carve out solutions working in an ambiguous environment.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
