Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) About the Role Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead delivery of cloud-based applications, integrations, and migration initiatives built on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to take initiatives from requirements through go-live and user adoption. The PM will own planning through value realization, coordinating with enterprise architecture, security/compliance, and organizational change management to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cross-functional discussions, product delivery lifecycle management, technical team management, and PMO practices. Core Responsibilities End-to-end delivery of cloud application and integration projects (scope, schedule, budget, quality, benefits realization) Lead cloud-based custom product and migration initiatives from requirements through deployment Coordinate API development and customer onboarding across cross-functional delivery teams Establish project governance, cadence, RAID, and stakeholder communication plans Drive business case development, OKRs/KPIs, and roadmap alignment Champion Agile/Lean practices (Scrum, Kanban) and integrate with stage-gate/hybrid models Liaise with Product and IT delivery teams to deliver outcomes with clear deliverables, SLAs, and acceptance criteria Lead scope, requirements, training, change management, UAT planning, production deployment, and user onboarding Required Qualifications 10-15 years of progressive IT project/program management, with 3+ years leading Azure cloud-based application or integration initiatives (Azure environment preferred) Proven delivery of multi-workstream programs ($1M+ budgets) with hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance Experience managing the product/application delivery lifecycle - requirements, UAT, release, adoption Experience with systems integration, data migration, and API-led architectures Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals (governance, identity, networking, security) Excellent leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills PMP and/or PMI-ACP, Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Scrum certification Functional awareness of MDM lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified:

Azure Administrator/Architect/DevOps (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) Experience with Terraform/Bicep, GitHub/ADO, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI Background in data & analytics programs (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing) Must-Have Skills Project/program management (10-15 years in IT, 3+ years leading Azure cloud application or integration initiatives) Product/application delivery lifecycle (requirements ?
