Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters. Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities. Manage project budgets through cost estimation, cost management strategies, and tracking expenditures to prevent overruns. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project integrity. Lead project meetings focused on schedule coordination, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Strong background in project management, cost management, and budget control practices. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously.
