What You'll Own:

✅ End-to-End Project Leadership From kickoff to closeout, you'll manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. ✅ Tech-Focused Team Management Lead and inspire skilled technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Keep them aligned, motivated, and producing high-quality work in the field. ✅ Smart System Oversight Oversee the design and execution of structured cabling, access control, AV, security systems, fire alarms, and more. Ensure installations meet both code and client needs. ✅ Budget

+ Resource Strategy Optimize every dollar and every hour. You'll control costs, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain strong vendor relationships. ✅ Client-Facing Leadership Be the face of the project — building strong, lasting relationships with commercial clients through transparency, responsiveness, and results. ✅ Risk

+ Quality Control Anticipate issues before they arise. Set a high bar for quality and keep every aspect of the project running safely and smoothly. What You Bring to the

Table:

5-7 years of hands-on project management experience in low voltage or access control systems A deep understanding of BICSI standards , low voltage codes, and best practices Experience leading commercial construction projects Strong leadership skills with a get-it-done mindset Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills Comfortable with tools like ConnectWise, Field Wire , and collaboration platforms

PMP, CTS
