However, very little time is "office time". This is a mobile on-the-go kind of job. What You Do As a

Project Manager:

• Help customers prepare for their paint job. This includes constant communication, scheduling the start date, and understanding their needs and what is important to them.
• Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers throughout the entire process of the job, and creating a lasting relationship with our clients.
• Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time by coordinating with our painters, subcontractors, and customers.
• Hiring, and managing painting crews and working with subcontractors.
• Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise
• going above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Providing an amazing experience for our clients.
• Ensuring jobs are being done correctly, timely, with clean job sites
• Managing and maintaining profit margins and efficiency on each job.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$80,000/year paid bi-weekly

Gas/Phone Stipend:

$200/month Bonuses +
