Job Description
•PLEASE NOTE•: This is a contract position is hybrid and based out of Carmichaels, PA. Relocation is not available at this time. This is a one year contract position. Position Summary The Project Manager - Genesis Project is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Genesis strategic initiative from concept through implementation. This role serves as the central point of accountability for project governance, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and executive leadership. The Project Manager will establish project plans, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate decision-making, and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget. This individual will drive cross-functional collaboration, maintain executive visibility, and support successful implementation of one of the organization's highest-priority strategic initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead the day-to-day execution of the Genesis Project from planning through implementation and project closeout. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics. Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, resource, and budget variances. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies. Facilitate project governance and ensure adherence to established methodologies and reporting standards. Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary liaison among project stakeholders.
