Project Manager — Digital Marketing Agency ENX2 Legal Marketing | Dallas, PA Full-time ENX2 Legal Marketing is hiring a Project Manager to keep our client projects organized, our team aligned, and our deadlines on track. Working directly with our CEO and leadership, you will coordinate projects across websites, SEO, digital advertising, social media, design, content, and branding. You'll turn priorities into clear assignments, follow up on progress, and make sure work moves from kickoff through approval and completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing order to a busy environment, and helping a creative team deliver great work. What You'll Do Coordinate all active client and internal projects, maintaining clear timelines, task owners, and next steps. Keep Asana updated so the team has an accurate view of priorities and deadlines. Translate approved project scopes and client requests into actionable tasks. Follow up with employees and contractors to keep deliverables moving. Coordinate handoffs between design, development, content, advertising, and other teams. Track client materials, feedback, revisions, and approvals. Lead focused project check-ins and document decisions and action items. Communicate with clients about project progress, outstanding needs, and next steps. Review deliverables for completeness and alignment with approved instructions before routing them for final review. Identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, and potential delays early. Flag requests outside the approved scope for leadership review. Maintain organized project files, meeting notes, and process documentation. Provide the CEO with concise updates on deadlines, project status, and issues requiring a decision. Suggest practical improvements to how the team organizes and completes its work. What We're Looking For 3+ years of relevant project management or project coordination experience. A track record of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Confidence following up with team members and holding deadlines respectfully. Experience using Slack, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management software. Comfort working with a distributed team of employees and contractors. The ability to solve routine problems independently and recognize when leadership input is needed. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt as priorities continuously change. Preferred Experience Working in a digital marketing, creative, or web development agency. Experience with multiple website projects, SEO, social media, paid advertising, or content production. Client communication and account coordination. Working with Google Workspace, WordPress, HubSpot, or Hootsuite. You do not need to personally execute every marketing service, but you should understand how the work fits together and what each team member needs to move forward.
