Remote Project Manager - Data Center (Owner's Representative) 100% Remote | Travel as Needed Overview Step into a high-impact role where you'll help drive mission-critical data center programs for a leading client. As a Project Manager and Owner's Representative , you'll act as a trusted extension of the owner's team—guiding projects from design through construction and into operations. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives. What You'll Do Serve as a strategic partner and owner's representative , aligning project execution with business goals Manage multiple data center programs simultaneously , ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and schedule Drive best practices and continuous improvements across design, construction, and operational transition Oversee construction progress , proactively resolving issues and maintaining momentum Own project controls including scheduling (Primavera P6), cost tracking, and reporting Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders , ensuring clear communication across stakeholders Collaborate closely with owners, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful outcomes Support the transition from construction to live operations , ensuring readiness and continuity What You Bring 2+ years of experience supporting data center projects Proven experience working as an owner's representative or directly supporting owner-side teams Strong knowledge of construction management processes Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and project controls Demonstrated ability to manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, multi-project environment Bonus Qualifications Experience supporting commissioning and operational handoff for data centers experience in driving process improvements or innovation in project delivery Experience collaborating with centralized or remote program teams Strong ability to adapt and problem-solve in evolving project environments Why You'll Love This Role 100% remote flexibility with impactful, real-world site involvement Work on cutting-edge data center projects Strong potential for long-term career growth Competitive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Join a collaborative, high-performing project environment Work Environment You'll operate in a fully remote setting , collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders using modern project management tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
