We're looking for someone who is a strong leader, organized, accountable, and great with people . Painting or construction experience is strongly preferred. You'll be responsible for managing 2-3 painting crews and multiple active projects , making sure jobs stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate 2-3 painting crews Visit active job sites and oversee quality and progress Manage project schedules and crew assignments Track labor hours, material costs, and overall job costs Coordinate material orders and deliveries Communicate regularly with customers throughout their projects Handle job-site questions and resolve issues quickly Perform quality-control inspections Keep projects on schedule and within budget Coordinate project starts, progress, and final walkthroughs Communicate with ownership regarding production and job performance Hold crews accountable to JK Painting standards Help improve production systems as the company grows

What We're Looking For:

Leadership experience Painting or construction experience strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable managing crews and holding people accountable Understanding of labor, materials, and job costing Organized and dependable Problem-solving mentality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using phone/apps/software for scheduling and project management Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus Growth Opportunity This isn't intended to be a dead-end project manager position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with JK Painting Service . As the company expands, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and potentially move into a higher-level production/operations leadership position .
