Job Description

Our client, a leading technology and digital services company , is looking to hire a Project Manager - Contract in Culver City, CA (hybrid) .
Pay Rate Range:
$70 to $76/hr on w2 (without Benefits) , depending on experience 12+ months of contract Description & Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple complex digital services and marketing initiatives, from intake and planning through execution and close-out. Partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams, navigating technical requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple services. Translate high-level goals into clear project plans, roadmap timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points. Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities. Drive cross-functional alignment across Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, Business, and Marketing teams on shared initiatives, keeping teams aligned amid competing priorities. Maintain alignment on changing scope and ensure accurate timelines; coordinate meetings and ensure all vital parties are involved. Own and maintain roadmaps, project scope, creative review trackers, production schedules, and master timelines. Run structured project rhythms, including weekly status meetings, executive updates, and readouts, with clarity and confidence; distribute status updates on priority projects. Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and issues; escalate with context and recommendations. Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to optimize workflows. Understand key stakeholders and make strategic decisions about who needs to know what, exercising sound judgment and discretion. Take meeting notes and distill discussions into clear action items and decisions; partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment. Maintain momentum and accountability without micromanaging, adapting plans as conditions change while protecting critical outcomes. Collaborate with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocols, ensuring clear documentation, decision tracking, and follow-through. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations management. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate executive-level discussions across all levels of management. Strong organizational skills with excellent task-tracking and acute attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information clearly. Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure. Proven ability to maintain productivity and momentum through ambiguity, bringing structure to unclear, fast-paced, deadline-driven problems. Direct experience handling critical and confidential information with integrity and discretion. Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Quip, Workfront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000ft, or similar platforms, plus Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in subscription-based, digital services, SaaS, technology, or consumer services businesses. Experience in large, matrixed, or highly complex organizations. Background in business, operations, strategy, or transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience overseeing multi-quarter roadmaps or complex delivery schedules. Experience supporting executive forums, leadership reviews, or high-visibility programs. Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices. Education Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
