Job Description

Job Summary As a project manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for national and international projects with customers from different industries and company sizes. Together with your team, you will be responsible for introducing our Supply Chain Execution Suite EPG ONE to our customers. Duties You lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS, and voice-picking solutions. You develop detailed project plans, schedules, allocate resources, and define risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery. You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, while monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and providing regular status updates. You identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring technical requirements are met and managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs. You facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of project goals. You drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and quality control. You conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Requirements You have a degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. You have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or software development sectors. You possess a solid understanding of enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS, and voice-picking technologies. You are proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project and others). You have strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You are fluent in English.
