- Operations Consolidation This person will lead and coordinate a cross-functional plant consolidation, including: Operations & Production Transfer Planning and execution of equipment and production transfer, capacity ramp-up, and continuity of supply ERP & Systems Managing a temporary dual-ERP environment, coordinating data, workflows, and supporting evaluation of a longer-term ERP approach Finance & Reporting Establishing clear cost tracking, reporting structure, and performance visibility during and after the transition Commercial & Customer Communication Identifying impacted customers, coordinating communication plans, and ensuring continuity of service Supply Chain Managing supplier alignment, material flow, and risk mitigation during the transition Organizational & HR Coordination Supporting internal communication, role clarity, and retention considerations tied to the transition Expectations Provide end-to-end project leadership across functions (operations, finance, IT, commercial, HR) Drive structure, prioritization, and accountability in a complex, evolving environment Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs Maintain clear communication and alignment with leadership and cross-functional teams Deliverables Integrated project plan and timeline across all workstreams Defined milestones and transition phases for production transfer Clear ownership and accountability structure across teams Ongoing risk tracking and mitigation plans Regular status updates and decision support for leadership Successful transition of production with minimal disruption to customers and operations

The Project Manager needs to have their PMP as well as manufacturing operations experience. Customer has completed several mergers in the last few years and now need to review and execute on consolidation plans.
