full-time We are hiring a Project Manager to act as an Owners Representative for Tenant Improvement projects in DC. This is hybrid on site role - Monday/Friday work from home, Tues-Thurs in person in DC. Experience Required Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 5-10 years of practical experience in a project administration or related field required. Experience in construction project management - ideally as an owners representative or in design build - architecture background is ideal Ability to prepare and track budgets Responsibilities Support the Project Team on projects and assignments of varying complexity and size. Proactively manage project-related issues. Develop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects. Conduct and document weekly meetings. Accurately and completely document meetings through standard minutes. Coordinate and track all RFP's, RFI's, submittals, and other information logs. Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation. Interact and negotiate with general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase and change orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials. Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
