Leadership Team About the Role We are seeking an organized, proactive Part-Time Project Manager to help keep our team, client projects, and internal priorities moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, following up with team members, managing deadlines, and making sure projects are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Manage projects, deadlines, and team assignments Maintain project/task management systems and calendars Conduct regular follow-up with team members on outstanding items Coordinate priorities between leadership and team members Track client deliverables and ensure deadlines are met Identify projects that are behind schedule and help get them back on track Lead or participate in brief team check-in meetings Document processes and improve workflows Provide leadership with regular updates on project status, deadlines, and potential issues Help ensure team members have the information and resources needed to complete their work Qualifications Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Able to hold team members accountable in a professional and positive manner Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Experience with project management, operations, client service, or professional services preferred Comfortable working independently in a remote environment What Success Looks Like The Project Manager keeps the organization moving. Projects have clear owners and deadlines, team members know their priorities, leadership has visibility into progress, and fewer tasks fall through the cracks.
Hours:
Approximately 15-20 hours per week with the potential to grow as the company grows.
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
