Our top performers can realistically earn $125,000 to $250,000+ per year. What Makes This Job Different This is a commission-driven sales position with freedom and flexibility. You'll receive qualified leads every week, a company vehicle, phone, and computer. Once you transition to full commission, you essentially set your own schedule while managing your customers and projects. If your kids have a school event or ballgame, you go. If you need to work early or late, you go.

The trade-off is simple:

you are responsible for results. First Phase (Training Period) You will begin with a $60,000 salary while learning our systems and processes. During this time you will work 7:00 AM

• 4:00 PM in the office so we can train you properly.

Once you are confident and ready, most project managers choose to move to full commission because the income potential is significantly higher. Income Potential This is a commission sales role. If you can sell and you work the system, the income opportunity is extremely strong.

Typical earnings range:

• $125,000+ (low end)
• $150,000
• 200,000 common for strong performers
• $250,000+ for top producers What You'll Do You will manage projects from first contact to final completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding quickly to incoming leads
• Meeting customers at homes or businesses
• Listening to their needs and recommending the right fence solution
• Measuring properties and walking fence lines
• Preparing quotes and pricing jobs using our system
• Creating job material lists and work orders
• Ordering materials when needed
• Coordinating with installation crews
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers
• Managing the project through completion
• Solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction You'll be the face of Jackson Fence Company to every customer you work with. What We Provide
