Job Description

Interior Signage & Rebranding Project Manager Overview Manages the full lifecycle of interior signage and rebranding projects for commercial office interiors. Scope includes design handoff through fabrication, installation, and closeout, serving as the embedded quality control point across the delivery chain. Key Responsibilities Project Initiation & Design Coordinate project schedule with Senior Designer at kickoff Conduct site assessments and document existing conditions Receive and review design packages from Senior Designers Fabrication Management Manage fabricator bidding process and award Conduct shop drawing reviews for technical conformance Oversee fabrication milestones and quality checkpoints Installation & QC Coordinate installation logistics and site access Conduct on-site installation oversight, punch lists, and QC inspections (embedded QC role) Manage decommissioning and patch/paint scope with Construction Manager as required Closeout Manage closeout documentation Collect and track warranty documentation Core Competencies Strong technical literacy — able to read/review shop drawings and design packages Vendor and fabricator management, including competitive bidding Field-based QC discipline and attention to detail Cross-functional coordination (design, construction, fabrication, site ops) Comfortable managing multiple concurrent site schedules

Senior Project Manager Location/Travel:
Home office - no geographic preference. Ability to travel two to three times a month to project sites for surveys and/or signage installation.
Pay Range:
$40-55/hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
PST Location:
Remote with some travel requirements. Can live anywhere in US.
