6 Months Contract About the Role As a Senior Project Manager supporting Corporate Real Estate and Wealth Advisory operations, you will drive strategic real estate expansions, space-planning programs, and business alignment initiatives. You will serve as the primary operational connector between business leadership and corporate workplace partners, leading projects from initial concept through full rollout while executing the analytical frameworks required for executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Workplace & Real Estate Strategy Execution:
Lead corporate real estate programs, including regional office expansions, floor restacks, relocations, and modern seat-sharing/hybrid occupancy models.
Cross-Functional Partner Coordination:
Partner directly with Corporate Real Estate teams, facilities management, and Wealth Advisory business units to ensure physical workplace planning aligns with long-term business goals.
End-to-End Project Delivery:
Direct project lifecycles from concept and space-design through implementation, establishing timelines, mitigating operational risks, and driving creative problem resolution.
Operational Data & Quantitative Analysis:
Perform detailed capacity planning, occupancy modeling, and spatial data analysis to inform business cases and executive briefings.
Strategic Business Support:
Assist executive leadership with ad-hoc initiatives and special projects to advance broader Wealth Advisory strategic roadmaps. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex lookup formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and data synthesis). Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end facilities projects, space optimizations, restacks, or office relocations. Strong stakeholder-management capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional business partners and senior leaders. Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive structured outcomes within ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting wealth management, financial services, or corporate advisory business divisions. Working knowledge of workplace management systems, space-planning tools, or occupancy analytics platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
