SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Martin Contracting Pro LLC is growing, and we're looking to add another motivated Sales Representative to our team. We're a local, family-owned exterior contracting company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit. We're looking for someone who wants an opportunity to build their own book of business, make good money, and grow with a company that is continuing to expand. This is not a sit-around-and-wait-for-leads position. We want someone who is motivated to generate business through door knocking, referrals, networking, previous customers, and other opportunities. As you prove yourself and consistently produce, company-generated appointments WILL also be provided.

Strong commission structure-Higher commission on self-generated business Company-generated leads for proven producers -Production management and supplement support CRM and company systems-Contracts, paperwork, and sales materials Training and support-Established company with an office and growing local presence Roofing, siding, gutter, fascia, and soffit opportunities Room to grow as the company grows What we're looking for: Self-motivated and comfortable talking with homeowners-Strong communication skills Willing to prospect and generate your own opportunities-Organized and able to properly manage customers and follow-up Professional and dependable-Willing to learn the insurance restoration process Someone who takes ownership of their projects from the first appointment through completion-Team-oriented and willing to work closely with management and production Roofing or construction sales experience is a plus, but we're more interested in finding the right person with the right work ethic and attitude. We don't micromanage our team. We expect you to communicate, take care of your customers, protect the company's reputation, and handle your business. There is real earning potential here for somebody willing to put the work in. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
