This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable professional who enjoys working with people, managing details, solving problems, and helping projects move forward. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams while developing valuable experience in project coordination and construction operations. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams. Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal departments. Maintain accurate and organized project files, contracts, correspondence, schedules, reports, and other documentation. Track project deadlines, deliverables, follow-ups, and outstanding action items. Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, inspections, and project-related activities. Respond professionally to customer inquiries and ensure questions are directed to the appropriate team member. Assist with invoices, purchase orders, billing documentation, receipts, and expense tracking. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, presentations, and project status updates. Assist with proposals, bids, contracts, and project-startup documentation. Enter and maintain accurate project information in company systems and databases. Monitor project emails and communications and ensure timely follow-up. Assist with documentation required for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and government projects. Help identify administrative issues that could affect project schedules or customer service. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, employee, and project information. Support continuous improvements to administrative and project coordination processes. Qualifications Construction-industry experience is helpful but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel,Teams and Outlook. Ability to learn new software, databases, and project-management systems quickly. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
