Job Description
Pay salary: $45,000, plus commission
Job Overview:
Nations Dry Out is a nationwide restoration company that provides water, fire, hazmat, trauma, and reconstruction services to fortune 500 companies nationwide. We are seeking a Project Manager to join to our team. You will be working to support our customers and clients in all 50 states. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the full lifecycle management of mitigation work orders across the United States. This role operates in a fast-paced, high volume environment and serves as the primary coordinator between our network of contracted vendors and internal team of Operations Managers. This is a 24/7 operational role. The PM ensures that all jobs are executed in compliance with Client service level agreements (SLAs), company standards and industry best practices. This includes real-time communication, vendor coordination, job documentation and overall project execution. While Nations Dry Out has a pool of contracted vendors, due to many circumstances there are times when we need to source a vendor outside of our network. This is a responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure any vendor that arrives on site knows and follows expectations. This is a fully remote, high-responsibility role that requires strong communication skills, strong sense of urgency, accountability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and coordinate with subcontractors nationwide
- Communicate with vendors in real time while on-site to: o Capture initial scope of work o Obtain photos and required documentation o Ensure adherence to job specifications
- Provide consistent updates to Operations Managers on job status
- Respond promptly to all internal and external inquiries
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and submitted within required timelines
- Monitor and review ongoing work orders, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Respond in real-time to urgent calls and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
- Collect and relay job site data daily regarding labor, progress, and materials
Qualifications:
Experience in restoration, construction, facilities or property services preferred Project management or operations experience in a service-based industry Familiarity with water damage restoration, facility management or working with subcontractors is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with text communication and Apple products (iPhone, iPad, etc.) High level of accountability and ownership Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
