Key Responsibilities Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple roadway design tasks Coordination with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget requirements Opportunity to be mentored and ultimately take on responsibilities as a Project Manager Preparation of accurate presentation, design, details and construction documents. Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to Agencies having jurisdiction. Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with the project. Development and adherence to project scope, schedules, and budgets. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A minimum of 6 years experience in all technical aspects of roadway design Experience in people management or supervision Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred PE Certification is preferred Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and standard industry software. Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadlines.
