Company launching in the coming months About the Opportunity We are preparing to launch a new residential roofing company serving Northern Nevada and are looking for an experienced roofing professional to become a key part of the company's foundation. The founder brings a strong background in sales and self-generated customer acquisition and is looking for an experienced roofing professional whose strengths are in roofing operations, job execution, crew management, and quality control. This is an opportunity to get involved early in a growing company and potentially play a major role in building the operation from the ground up. What You'll Do Oversee residential roofing projects from start to completion Coordinate and manage roofing crews and subcontractors Ensure quality workmanship and job-site safety Assist with material planning and job scheduling Conduct job-site inspections and resolve installation issues Help establish efficient operating procedures as the company grows Work closely with the owner to deliver an excellent customer experience Qualifications We're looking for someone with significant hands-on residential roofing experience, ideally with experience as a: Roofing Foreman Superintendent Project Manager Operations Manager Experienced Roofing Professional Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of residential roofing systems are important. Nevada contractor licensing experience or qualifications are a plus. The company is also interested in speaking with candidates who may meet the requirements to serve as a qualifying individual under applicable Nevada licensing requirements. Why This Opportunity?
