Remote / Hybrid / Onsite Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, budgeting, resource management, and end-to-end SDLC delivery . Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure . Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests . Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and DevOps . Manage communication with business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams . Track project progress, KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery status. Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies . Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologies. Manage project documentation, status reports, presentations, and executive updates. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards . Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful production implementation. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Project Management . Strong experience managing large-scale technology and enterprise projects . Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies . Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development lifecycle . Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management . Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams . Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools . Strong reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Skills PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification. Experience with Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, Application Development, or Infrastructure projects . Experience managing vendor/client relationships and third-party teams . Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies . Experience with budget forecasting, financial tracking, and executive reporting . Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives . Strong experience presenting project status to senior leadership and executives . Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
