JOB TITLE
: Senior Project Manager for Distributed Energy Infrastructure, LLC
JOB DESCRIPTION
Leads project management and operations activities under the direction of the EVP, in coordination with company leadership. Reports to the EVP; will be part of the team that assumes responsibility for successfully winning work, negotiating EPC contracts, and then executing the company's standalone and co-located solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects nationally. Conduct thorough project assessments to develop accurate and competitive project estimates. Collaborate with the Operations team to manage all submittals, RFIs, scheduling, budgeting, Change Orders, and invoicing. Expertise in EPC Bid Development, budget, and cost management. Carry estimates through the vetting process and prepare subcontracts. Provide appropriate teams access for document sharing to subcontractors. Be the main point of contact for clients. Expected to manage multiple projects/clients at any point in time. Provide technical expertise during client meetings and negotiations to ensure alignment with project requirements. Develop and implement project controls for document management, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract compliance. Issue Vendor Purchase Orders and Subcontracts. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in project execution. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize internal workflows Project/Program status reporting. Participate in on-site visits and inspections to ensure project feasibility and success. Travel as needed to oversee project/process implementation and address any field-related challenges. Build and lead a team of Operations professionals with a focus on project execution, Internal Process development, Program Management, technical due diligence, design optimization, technical project development, and support for all technical and commercial tasks. Employee may telecommute in this role.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field of study
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
5 years of experience in the job offered or related roles.
SKILLS/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
This position requires Certifications in Project Management

SALARY :
$160,000/year
