Senior Project Manager (Hybrid - Stamford, CT) Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunication company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within Business Integration, focusing on Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and operational transformation efforts. This role encompasses full lifecycle project delivery, from definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, bringing structure and accountability to shifting priorities while driving measurable outcomes. What the right candidate will enjoy: Leading high-impact projects that drive operational transformation Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer departments Navigating and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment What type of experience does the right candidate have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in project management, leading complex initiatives Strong skills in Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Wrike What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables Own and manage RAID logs, including mitigation and escalation strategies Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including status updates
