Salary Range:
$110,000 - $135,000 Five & Done is a design and technology studio looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our team in Mission Viejo, CA.
Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager at Five & Done, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects for our clients. You'll leverage your extensive experience to develop comprehensive project strategies, mitigate risks, and optimize team performance. Your expertise in various project management methodologies will be essential in guiding projects to successful completion. You'll also mentor junior team members, act as a key point of escalation, and contribute to the advancement of our project management practices, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations.
We Expect You To:
Strategy and Planning Develop comprehensive proposals, plans, and budgets for large-scale projects. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges. Contribute to business development efforts by participating in pitch meetings. Develop strategic project roadmaps aligned with client goals. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding project scope. Execution Manage multiple large, medium, and small-scale projects simultaneously. Develop expertise in complex systems and client ecosystems. Implement project management techniques to consistently optimize team performance and efficiency. Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects. Manage project financials, including profitability and forecasting. Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for project teams and key project stakeholders. Lead client meetings and effectively communicate complex project details. Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes with clients. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations. Facilitate resolution of project issues or conflicts. Leadership Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid-level project managers. Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Contribute to the development of company-wide project management standards. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Participate in hiring and performance evaluation processes. A Few More Things...
