Innovien is supporting a multi-year capital infrastructure program in the power generation sector. We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to own delivery of large-scale builds from planning through completion. This is the delivery side of the work: the schedule, the budget, the risk, and getting massive equipment where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. What You'll Do Own execution of large capital infrastructure projects from planning through completion, across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Manage schedule, budget, scope, and risk on multi-year, multi-million dollar builds Coordinate with logistics, construction, engineering, and site teams on the movement and staging of turbines, generators, and other heavy capital equipment across long distances Partner with engineering, construction, procurement, and site operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget Track status, risks, and milestones, and represent the project in leadership and stakeholder reviews What You Bring A proven track record running large capital infrastructure projects end to end as an owner's-side or delivery-side Project Manager (this is not a field service or commissioning role) Power plant construction experience, or a heavy industrial construction background in chemical plants, steel mills, or oil and gas facilities Direct experience managing, or working closely alongside, the logistics of moving large, heavy equipment over long distances Strong schedule, budget, and risk management discipline on multi-year capital projects The ability to work independently and own outcomes on a long-duration engagement Nice to Have PMP or equivalent project management credential Familiarity with heavy-haul or specialized equipment transport Experience managing across multiple simultaneous large capital sites Details Atlanta, GA or New York, NY W2 employment with Innovien Solutions 3-year engagement, immediate start
