  • If you're a senior-level project manager who likes to own the plan and drive it to the finish line, you'll feel at home at Morley.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the simultaneous execution of multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group, supporting Fortune 500 clients. You'll bring clarity and discipline to timelines, risk management and change efforts - while partnering with people who show up with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and a shared focus on getting it done. The Senior Project Manager serves as a primary point of accountability for project performance, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement across assigned initiatives. This is an on-site role, with potential for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.
  • _What You'll Do_
  • _Project Planning & Execution_ + Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and deliverables based on approved statements of work and business requirements + Identify, secure and coordinate resources (team members, subject matter experts and leadership stakeholders) + Lead project meetings and ensure alignment on goals, roles, timelines and success metrics + Track progress and proactively adjust timelines, resources or scope as needed to maintain delivery commitments + Hold team members accountable for completing tasks and deliverables on time + Manage critical path activities so milestones and outcomes aren't compromised + Provide clear project status updates, including dashboards and report card measures as needed _Risk, Issue & Change Management_ + Identify risks early and create mitigation strategies based on project complexity and risk profile + Track issues, drive resolutions and escalate when needed to protect outcomes + Manage scope changes through formal change control processes to stay aligned with contractual and business expectations _Stakeholder & Client Communication_ + Serve as the main point of contact for project status, risks and deliverables + Prepare and deliver regular status reports to internal leaders and client stakeholders + Keep communication clear and timely across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and accountability _Quality Assurance & Governance_ + Ensure quality assurance checkpoints are completed in accordance with organizational standards + Confirm deliverables meet defined requirements before milestone or final delivery + Maintain accurate project documentation in the right systems throughout the project lifecycle _Project Closeout & Continuous Improvement_ + Lead formal project closeout activities, including final reporting and documentation validation + Confirm all contractual and operational requirements are complete + Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects + Secure project approvals and signoff from key stakeholders _Leadership & Collaboration_ + Coach and mentor project team members and project managers as needed + Model strong accountability, problem-solving and decision-making + Collaborate effectively across operations, IT, finance, compliance and other teams + Build cohesion across functional groups and keep teams focused on outcomes + Celebrate milestones and recognize contributions and performance •_Location_•Our office is a friendly, casual environment in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants.

  • _Eligibility Requirements_
  • + Bachelor's degree in business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience) + Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects +
  • Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, as needed
  • + •Able to work the following hours:•+ Monday - Friday, 8 a.
m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time + Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to complete high-priority projects or accommodate client schedules
  • _Preferred_
  • + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification + Experience managing client-facing or contract-based projects + Experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), operations, technology or service delivery environments + Project management software experience in systems such as Asana, MS Project, Jira, etc.
