In this role you will:
Manage the daily and weekly operating rhythm for the delivery team. Coordinate with schedule, dashboard, risk, resource, and reporting analysts to keep all products aligned and current. Ensure recurring reports, dashboards, action trackers, and decision logs reflect the latest approved information. Identify delivery risks, quality issues, resource constraints, and schedule impacts early, and recommend corrective actions to the Program Manager. Maintain repository discipline, naming conventions, version control, and artifact traceability for submitted and working products. Support performance reporting and quality-management activities, including preparation for client reviews, corrective actions, and deliverable resubmissions. Help enforce non-personal services boundaries by ensuring recommendations and analysis are clearly distinguished from client decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of federal project management, PMO, delivery management, or operations coordination experience. PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent program/agile experience or certification preferred. Experience managing CDRLs, status reporting, action logs, decision logs, quality reviews, and comment resolution. Experience supporting transition, knowledge transfer, artifact inventories, repository setup, and continuity planning. Strong writing, organization, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and follow-up skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical, analytical, reporting, and management functions. Ability to manage competing priorities, short suspense timelines, and multiple deliverables without losing quality discipline.
