About Us Integrated Construction Services is a leading commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor specializing in complete building envelope systems, including sheet metal, wall panels, standing seam roofs and architectural metal. We partner with general contractors, developers, and property owners to deliver high-performance exterior envelope solutions with a focus on quality, safety, and durability. Position Overview Integrated Construction Services is seeking a Senior Sheet Metal Project Manager to lead and manage complex exterior envelope projects including architectural sheet metal, wall panels, rainscreens, ACM systems, and waterproofing interfaces. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful execution, profitability, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management
  • Manage multiple sheet metal and cladding projects (ACM panels, metal panels, rainscreen systems, coping, flashing, custom fabrication)
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: pre-construction → execution → closeout
  • Develop detailed schedules and sequencing for façade and envelope systems
  • Coordinate shop drawings, fabrication, and installation timelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks Financial Oversight
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Track job costs vs. estimate and maintain target margins
  • Manage change orders, T&M work, and cost tracking
  • Approve subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor commitments Field & Operations Coordination
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and fabrication shops
  • Plan manpower, equipment, and material logistics
  • Monitor installation quality and productivity
  • Ensure proper sequencing with other trades (waterproofing, glazing, framing)
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and QA/QC inspections Client & Contract Management
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, GCs, architects, and consultants
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates
  • Review contracts, plans, specifications, and details
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout packages Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Maintain adherence to California building codes and envelope requirements
  • Enforce safety protocols across all projects Leadership
  • Mentor project engineers and junior PMs
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams
  • Help improve internal processes and execution strategies Qualifications Required
  • 7+ years of project management experience in sheet metal, façade, or cladding systems
  • Strong knowledge of architectural sheet metal and exterior wall systems
  • Experience with shop drawings, fabrication coordination, and installation sequencing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • Strong financial and cost control experience
  • Proficient in Excel and construction management software Preferred
  • Experience in California commercial construction
  • Background in building envelope systems (roofing + waterproofing integration)
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar tools Compensation & Benefits
