full-time Our client which is a Pharmaceutical Org is looking to hire Sr. Agile Project Manager. ( W2 or Salaried ) Senior Agile Project Manager Long Term Contract with an option to hire. 100 % Remote. W2 or Salaried employee. Desired - Audits & Compliance experience / Health Care or Pharmaceutical Org.
Key Responsibilities Audit Management:
Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external compliance audits, including ISO and HWW, financial and tax compliance services
ISO Compliance:
Oversee projects ensuring full alignment with ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or
ISO 45001
), managing documentation and corrective action tracking.
Project Delivery:
Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, manage project budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure milestones are met on time. Experience in handling Agile methodologies such as
Scrum Risk & Issue Resolution:
Perform proactive risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and direct multi-disciplinary teams through effective remediation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external regulatory bodies, and third-party auditors.
Required Qualifications Experience:
7+ years of professional project management experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on regulatory audits, HWW compliance, and ISO standard implementations.
Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
Facilitate Ceremonies:
Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Remove Blockers:
Identify and clear roadblocks so the team can finish work on time.
Track Progress:
Use tools like Jira or Confluence to monitor sprint velocity and burndown charts.
Coach Teams:
Help team members and stakeholders understand and follow Agile and Scrum best practices.
Manage Stakeholders:
Communicate project status, risks, and timelines clearly to business leaders.
Skills:
Strong leadership, budget tracking, technical writing, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
