We provide a full continuum of care and are committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are looking for a Technology Services Project & Training Manager which will lead onboarding training, system adoption, and strategic technology projects. This role supports organization-wide efficiency by optimizing tools such as Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet while partnering across departments to drive key initiatives.

Schedule:

Full-Time Days (Hybrid), 8:30am-5:00pm Mon. -

Fri Wage:

$96,000-$115,000.00/yr What You'll Do Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for staff Train employees on Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) Improve system usage, governance, and user experience Develop training materials and internal resources Lead cross-functional technology projects from start to finish Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and planning Support continuous improvement and technology innovation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years in IT, training, or project management Experience with Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet Strong training, communication, and project leadership skills Preferred Experience in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit settings Knowledge of HIPAA or compliance standards PMP or similar certification At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
