Warehouse Assistant

TMI Coatings, LLC is an experienced, well-known Painting and Restoration Contractor that has been restoring America's infrastructures for over 36 years. Our expertise and experience include the application of protective coatings, flooring, sandblasting and painting for companies such as 3M, ADM, Honeywell and Cargill, and at the commercial and industrial sites of Fortune 1000 companies. TMI Coatings is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our shop operations and field crews. This role is essential to keeping our equipment, materials, and jobs running smoothly. This energetic role is great for a motivated individual who is eager to grow their warehouse expertise while contributing to a high-performing team. What You'll Do Load and unload trucks and trailers with equipment and materials Perform light maintenance and assist with general shop duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Support field crews by fulfilling requests quickly and accurately Manage hazardous materials properly, including spill cleanup and compliance support (MPCA standards) Coordinate weekly with scheduling to prepare for upcoming jobs Ensure equipment is ready, available, and properly located Work 1st shift

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in fast-paced distribution settings, including loading/unloading trailers, sorting, and organizing shipments with accuracy Forklift certification or ability to obtain Team-oriented with a track record of supporting coworkers and stepping into high-need areas to keep operations running smoothly Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes Proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency in high-volume environments

• Able to follow a work order in great detail

Preferred Skills:

• Warehouse experience
• Able to read and follow OSHA guidelines
• Able to work independently Pay starting at $25/hr with experience
