Terms of Employment W2 Contract, 12 Months This is a hybrid Schedule at Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Mon and Fri, remote) Tues, wed and Thurs onsite Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on managing REACTS Fiber and 12/34kV line re-builds to support new fiber cable installations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter responsible for delivering results in a high-performing, metric-driven environment while reporting progress effectively to program teams. Responsibilities Manage complex utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring all targets and metrics are met. Coordinate and report project progress effectively to the Program team during regular status update meetings. Oversee 12/34kV line re-builds and fiber cable installations. Collaborate within a team environment to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain high levels of organization and energy to drive immediate impact on project goals. Required Skills & Experience 5-10 years of professional project management experience. Proven ability to manage projects while delivering to specific targets and reporting progress in a metric-driven environment. Proficiency with Power BI for data reporting and project tracking. Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead and participate in status meetings with program leadership. Highly energetic, well-organized, and a self-starter Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor of Science in Construction, Management, or Engineering. Past work history with utility companies
