Mitigation Project Manager + XactimateCompany OverviewWe are an established disaster restoration company providing mitigation and reconstruction services for Fire/Smoke, Water, Mold, Asbestos and Biohazard issues throughout Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead, sell, manage, estimate, document and finalize mitigation and restoration projects. This role is crucial for maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction in the restoration process.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of mitigation and restoration projects from initiation to completion.

Develop estimates for projects using Xactimate.

Track and work toward maintaining a competitive bid-to-win ratio.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Conduct site assessments and inspections to determine project requirements and scope of work.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and performance.

QualificationsProven experience in disaster restoration project management.

Proficiency in using Xactimate for estimating.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

IICRC Certification is preferred.
