CTZJP00003496 Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Project Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and contributing to all aspects of project analysis and delivery with limited supervision. This role requires the ability to apply specialized skills developed through substantial on-the-job experience to support operational efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and project execution.
The Project Analyst serves as a key member of the Town Management Office (TMO), with a primary focus on Resource Management, Vendor Management, and Contract Sourcing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the incumbent may serve as an informal resource to less experienced associates and provide solutions to non-routine issues using established practices, procedures, and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and status updates.
Perform project analysis activities and assist in resolving operational and process-related issues.
Complete assignments and responsibilities with limited supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and accountability.
Resource & Vendor Management
Serve as a key contributor within the Town Management Office (TMO) supporting:

Vendor Management
Contract Sourcing
Partner closely with vendors and sourcing teams to facilitate operational processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Provide oversight of vendor-related processes and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Intake & Process Management
Manage daily intake queues related to TMO processes, ensuring requests are processed efficiently and within established service timelines.
Collaborate with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to obtain updates, revisions, and change requests as needed.
Ensure all Town resource information remains current and accurately maintained within the Agile Resource Data Mart (ARDM) application.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across business lines.
Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among project stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
Drive results through effective teamwork and relationship management.
Documentation & Reporting
Organize, maintain, and manage project documentation, records, and files to ensure accessibility and compliance.
Prepare reports, status updates, and supporting documentation as required.
Support ad hoc reporting and special projects assigned by leadership.
Additional Responsibilities
Act as an informal mentor or resource for associates with less experience.
Analyze atypical issues and recommend solutions based on established practices and procedures.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.
Experience with project coordination, vendor management, and resource management processes preferred.
