Property Project Manager - Learning and Development Specialist Citizens Financial Group - 3.4 Johnston, RI Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Parental leave Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Retirement plan Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Description The Property Project Manager - Learning and Development Specialist role within Real Estate Operations (REO) has responsibility for aiding in the daily needs of Real Estate Operations and works directly with the Projects team within REO. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining certain systems that are used by the team. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection.

You will become a subject matter expert (SME) within the Projects group who will assist with onboarding, systems training and day-to-day operations within the Projects team. Primary responsibilities include Gathering and analyzing data Identify data automation opportunities Creating Learning Roadmaps and development needs assessment for each job role within Real Estate Operations. Developing training and development programs and objectives for the Real Estate Operations team. Obtaining and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Training and coaching managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts. Developing and maintaining organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Updating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports from REO Leaders Participating in the implementation of all training platforms used in REO Learning and Development, including OSHA. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Become a subject matter expert in certain areas of REO in an effort to cross-train colleagues - you will learn internal operations and become familiar with systems used in Project (Lucernex, Famis 360, Ariba, etc.). Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to maintain confidentiality Excellent Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Ability to travel to various locations to conduct on-site training Valid Driver's License Ability to travel as necessary Hours & Work Schedule Hours per
