Job Summary Responsible for developing and managing project plans, coordinating project activities, working with project team resources required to complete projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Coordinate a set of project activities from inception through completion - assisting integration leaders with day to day tasks, project workplan maintenance, coordination and facilitation of meetings, development and publish of status reporting and general project management activities. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Reports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective

Develop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.

Works with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects

Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.

Participate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.

Tracks and oversees project costs against project budgets Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older

Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable Preferred Qualifications BS/BA in a related discipline

1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles

1-3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams

PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience

Project management skills

Strong Excel skills

Empathetic communication skills

Salary:
