Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Smithfield, RI. The Project Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned construction and development projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include creating project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, managing resources and logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Project Manager will also play a key role in maintaining client relationships and addressing project challenges with effective solutions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, including experience in planning, coordinating, and execution of projects within timelines and budgets Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project plans Experience with Inspection processes to uphold quality and adherence to regulatory and safety standards Skills in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of resources and project operations Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the construction or real estate development industry Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred 5 Years Experience required in a similar role if no Bachelors degree Knowledge of relevant software tools and project management methodologies is a plus Compensation Paid vacation $100,000-$200,000 based on experience Full Medical & Dental coverage offered Company vehicle offered Employer match 401k plan Profit sharing Yearend bonuses offered
