Summary Project Manager II is a senior-level project management professional responsible for independently leading complex, cross-functional projects within the Digital & Technology Portfolio. This role partners with Applications, Data & Integrations, ERP Team, Operational Technology, IT Operations, Business teams, and external vendors to define project strategy, manage risk, and deliver high-impact initiatives. Project Manager II operates with minimal oversight, manages projects with ambiguous or evolving requirements, and engages executive-level stakeholders. This role also contributes to the maturity of project management standards, mentors junior project managers, and supports vendor and contract management. This position supports multiple business areas within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
