Job Description

Position Summary The Assistant Project Manager is vital to the overall success of the Construction division. You will be responsible for maintaining specific projects while helping your assigned Project Manager.
Responsibilities will entail the following:
Sell, design, lead, mentor, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all contractual obligations and production are fulfilled. Operate, schedule, manage projects of varying sizes and amounts. Proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolutions to minimize damage, risk or downtime. Build long-term client relationships with proactive communication. Identify and proactively address problems within the framework of the job at hand to potentially reduce loss of profit and job stall. Learn and manage Aspire estimates, billing, and PO assignment and P&L sheets. "That is not my responsibility" is not part of our vocabulary. Remember, we aren't your average landscape company. Qualifications:
3-7+ years of landscape construction or project management experience Experience managing high-end residential or commercial landscape installations preferred Knowledge & Skills Hardscape construction (pavers, masonry, outdoor living) Plant installation and horticulture best practices Irrigation and landscape lighting systems Ability to read and interpret landscape and architectural plans Physical Requirements Ability to walk active construction sites daily Lift 25-50 lbs as needed Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project completion timelines Client satisfaction scores / reviews Punch list completion speed Change order management efficiency Work Environment Combination of field jobsite supervision and office coordination Local travel to project sites required
Pay:
$57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
