About The Role:

Over the last 6 months, we've built the car. Now we need someone to hop in the driver's seat and get it on the highway. While our maintenance work will continue to grow organically, your main focus initially will be building out a sign installation division. This sector of the industry has major tailwinds. The work is there. Your ability to grow revenue will be limited only by your ability to manage a team. To hit our growth targets, you'll be recruiting and leading a team of skilled installers. These are the folks who get their hands dirty and make things happen. Your job is to create an environment where they're motivated, accountable, and proud of their work. Here you will identify and establish relationships with facility maintenance decision-makers across various industries. We are seeking to add 1MM in installation revenue in the next 12 months. Here you will build relationships with national sign vendors and become the installer of choice for them. Daily Operations Coordinate with our Customer Service team to facilitate site surveys and repairs Ensure work is completed on schedule and on budget Oversee the estimating process Deliver weekly performance scorecards detailing call metrics, key findings, and conversion rates Manage and direct our night inspection team using Optimo route planning software Deliver weekly performance scorecards detailing call metrics, key findings, and conversion rates

Compensation Package Base Salary:

$50,000 annually Profit sharing: 10% on all profit Salary guarantee for first 90 days Equity beginning in year 3
