Employees benefit from a collaborative environment and consistent project opportunities. Job Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing multifamily construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any discrepancies or delays. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and logs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Support procurement of materials and equipment for projects. Collaborate with the project manager to resolve issues and implement solutions. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
