The organization has developed tens of thousands of apartment homes across the United States and continues to expand its footprint throughout high-growth markets in the Southeast. Job Description Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Resolve any project-related challenges promptly and effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
