Job Description Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through project completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and overall site operations. Coordinate with ownership, development, design, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee contract administration, procurement activities, and project reporting. Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures across all phases of construction. Monitor project financial performance and proactively resolve budget or schedule challenges. Drive collaboration between field and office teams to maintain project objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Requirements to Apply Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing ground-up multifamily construction projects. Experience managing wood-frame multifamily developments. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and project controls. Ability to lead subcontractors and project teams through all phases of construction. Knowledge of construction safety and quality assurance best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments preferred. Familiarity with high-growth Southeast markets is a plus.
