  • Multifamily Developer
  • Charleston will be responsible for: Lead multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and risk management activities Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule or cost-related issues Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards Review and approve change orders, pay applications, and monthly reporting Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and project staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
